Screenshots, diagrams and scanned pages saved as PNG are easier to share, print or attach to an application once they are combined into a single PDF. Transparent areas of a PNG come out white in the PDF, because each page is stored as a high-quality JPEG image.
The PDF is built in your browser, so your images are not uploaded to a server. Each image goes on its own page, upright, in the order you choose.
Want a different order? Say “put the third one first”, and ToolGPT makes the PDF again in the new order. It does not add text and does not put several images on one page.
PNG is a lossless image format widely used for screenshots, logos, icons and graphics that contain text. It keeps every pixel exact and supports transparent backgrounds. For photographs, though, a PNG is usually much larger than a JPG of the same picture.
PDF, the Portable Document Format created by Adobe, keeps a document's layout, fonts and images the same on every screen and printer. It is the usual format for forms, contracts, invoices, manuals and scanned papers. PDFs are hard to edit, and a scanned PDF often holds only pictures of pages, so its text cannot be selected or searched.
